“I have never given ANY dealership service department a positive review until now. I needed a repair that only a Hyundai dealership could complete. I live 3 hours from the nearest Hyundai dealership. I called the parts department and asked them to order the part I needed (I had been told by other dealerships the part was on backorder.) They had it in stock. I was able to schedule an appointment that was not inconvenient for me. Mr. Washington at the service desk worked hard with my insurance company getting things taken care of on that end of things. The repair was done in a very short period of time, knowing I had traveled 3 hours to be there and had to wait and than drive back home. It truly felt like I was working with my local, hometown repair shop. I could not have aske for a better experience!”

Miranda has been a key member of our team for more than 25 years. As our Warranty Administrator, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that warranty claims for both Honda and Hyundai vehicles are handled with speed and precision. From filing claims with manufacturers to overseeing paperwork and payments, Miranda makes sure everything is taken care of down to the last detail, keeping the process running efficiently and smoothly.
Recently, Miranda has taken on additional responsibilities by stepping in to support the accounting department. She’s assisting with accounts payable and receivable, helping to cover for Kenzie Austin as Kenzie and her husband Austin celebrate the arrival of their first daughter. Even with these new duties, Miranda continues to excel in her regular role, and we’re fortunate to have such a reliable and experienced team member ensuring the highest level of service. We are very lucky to have her on our team!

Meet Our Team: Austin George, Sales Consultant
Austin was born in Tucson, Arizona, and later moved with his family to Parker, Colorado, where he was raised on a horse ranch. After spending several years in the mining, drilling, and oil industries, which required extensive travel, Austin decided it was time for a change. With a passion for sales and a desire to spend more time at home with his fiancée, their two pups, and his family, Austin jumped at the opportunity to join our sales team. Since then, he’s proven to be hardworking, smart, and eager to learn how to match customer needs with the perfect Hyundai. His journey with Hyundai of Greeley has been truly life-changing—it's here that Austin met his now-wife, Kenzie, who works in our Accounting department. Hyundai Hope Donates $200,000 to Children’s Hospital of Orange County
